Below are links to each section of the draft rule book. Each link corresponds to each of the sections in the draft rule book you downloaded. Use the appropriate section link to offer your comments and constructive input about the content contained in that section only.
This forum is moderated and is not a discussion forum. Comments must be civil and address the content of the proposal. Comments that lack constructive input, or are not appropriate for reading by our youngest members due to language, or are simply argumentative will not be approved by the moderators. All members, including our youngest members are encouraged to take part in this draft rule book improvement process.
The draft rule book comment period will expire on November 30, 2016.
