This coincides with Pueblo's Chile and Frijoles Festival in September. Throughout the year we have special events: January: Big Bertha Launch to honor Vern Estes' Birthday; March: Good Luck Green and Glider Fest; June: Der Red Max & Helo-Razor; September: Chili Blaster; October: Odd Rocket Launch with post Chili Blaster potluck.
club_options_hpr : All high power rockets can be flown. We do frequent certifications. Our waiver as of January 1st, 2023 is 12,000 Ft. AGL. If you plan on flying above 5,000 ft AGL, dual deploy or chute release is required.

Activities

We launch all sizes of rockets from mini models to scale replicas. Low, mid, and high power. Every year we have Chili Blaster, a two day launch with camping on site.
