This is a monthly sport launch for model rockets. We required that an attempt be made that all model rockets land within the confines of North Branch Park. We suggest you limit you model rocket motor size to 1/8A thru D12. Since it is always relatively windy at this site we ask that you be prepared to use lower powered motors and recovery devices other than parachutes. All model rockets are to be launched in accordance to the NAR Model Rocket Safety Code effective August 2012. Please check our website for cancellations. Though you do not have to be a section member we invite you to join.
