This is a family-friendly rocket. There will be extra rockets and motors for beginners. Everyone is welcome. There are no membership requirements or launch fees. The field has indoor restrooms and an air conditioned rest area. The recovery area is a beautiful hay field. Bring shade, chairs, tables and water. Our FAA waiver is 12,225 feet but we will be limiting rockets motors to a maximum of J impulse for this first launch. We gratefully accept donations to cover club expenses. There will be a debrief at a local restaurant immediately after the launch.
