FVR October Sport Launch and Record Trial

A summary of the special rules for participating due to COVID include:

• Park with adequate spacing between other cars.
• Wear a mask and practice social distancing.
• Bring along antiseptic wipes and hand sanitizer.
• We will maintain a registration table; please sign in with your name and contact information.
• Launch set up will be “Misfire Alley”. Bring your own launch system and pad.
• Announcements will be broadcast on the PA system.
• There will be no flight cards used. The launch director will ask you for your flight information prior to launch.
• For NAR members, record attempts in any events are allowed.
• All record attempts must be “self supported”, i.e. if you want to fly egg loft, bring your own eggs; if you want to fly altitude, bring your own approved altimeter.
