Launch Site

HARA aMID156-Aboutnd MC2 have the privileged of using Mid Tenn Turf’s nearly 1500 acre sod farm of the finest turf grasses found anywhere. With that privilege comes a great responsibility to be especially good stewards of this treasures site. That is why we  do not allow driving, camping, grilling, or fires on the field. Small tailgating grills on truck beds, and generators have been okay in the past. When parking, we ask that you please keep your car within a car’s length of the road. Please, do not park further than two cars deep. Titanium motors are also prohibited. Try to keep in mind that we are flying on top of their livelihood. We thank you for your understanding.

 Manchester, Tennessee

Manchester is conveniently located right on I-24 halfway between Nashville and Chattanooga. There are many motels and restaurants for visitors of all tastes since this town hosts Bonnaroo. The flying field is a short ride from Manchester through the beautiful Tennessee countryside.

From 1-24 Exit 111 (Near Ambassador Inn)

Head east o.1 miles on TN-55, then turn right onto Ragsdale Rd. Drive 7.2 miles on Ragsdale Rd, then turn right onto Hickerson Rd. Drive 2.8 miles on Hickerson Rd. until you reach the NSL Launch Site.

From I-24 Exit 114

Head east 0.7 miles on Campground Road (HWY 41), then turn left onto Asbury Rd. Drive 4.8 miles on Ashbury Rd, then turn left onto Hickerson Rd. Drive 1.3 miles on Hickerson Rd until you reach the NSL Launch Site.
