Competition Event Abbreviations
Here is a list of the abbreviations commonly used to describe competition events.
Some of these abbreviations will be preceded with a letter identifying a motor impulse class. For example, A PD is the Parachute Duration event which uses A motors.
Duration events flown in multi-round FAI style will carry the suffix MR.
Refer to the current NAR Sporting Code ("Pink Book") for the complete rules of all NAR competition events.
